Program Overview

The Magnetic Materials and Nanomaterials specialization (MagMatNano) is part of the Faculty of Materials and Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
Our program focuses on the design, development, and characterization of advanced materials, with an emphasis on magnetic systems and nanostructured composites.

Program Objectives

The main objective of the program is to provide students and researchers with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in physics, materials science, and nanotechnology.
Through a balance of theoretical knowledge and hands-on lab experience, the specialization addresses the growing demand for advanced functional materials in energy, electronics, and biomedical applications.
